We had a wonderful stay in this hotel. It was affordable and clean. The location was perfect as we were able to walk to the beach, old town, supermarkets, and transportation within 10 minutes. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially Flora who assisted us with parking.
Nothing that we didn't like.

Spent Christmas at this hotel and had a wonderful time. the location could not have been better, a short walk to the old town and the beach. the rooms were clean and modern, and the staff was very helpful. the breakfast provided was delicious. Another advantage was the nearby shopping area, which was perfect for last, minute Christmas shopping.
The only thing that could have been improved was the size of the kitchen. Although we only stayed for a few nights, it may have been difficult to self, cater for a more extended period.

Great Location and Friendly Owners
We recently stayed at a guest house in Split and had a comfortable experience. The location was ideal as it was just a short walk from the port, which made it convenient for our business trip. it was also close to some great eateries, bars, and the old town. The highlight of our stay, however, was the friendliness of the owners, who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. They were very approachable and helped us with any queries we had during our stay.
The only downside we experienced was that finding the guest house was a bit of a challenge. Although the location itself was great, we had a hard time locating it due to the lack of clear signage.

Central location, close to bus, harbor, and old town. Closest beach a 10-minute walk. Helpful hostess, someone greeted me at night and kept my suitcase. Kind and attentive hostess, offered breakfast and let me stay during rain. Clean apartment with new bathroom. Great sized room with kitchenette. Close to old town, restaurants, bus terminal, ferry port, and supermarket. Oasis of silence and relax in the city center. Lovely tomato garden view.
Hard to think of anything.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in multiple ways. the central location was incredibly convenient, with easy access to the bus station, harbor, and old town. Additionally, the proximity to multiple beaches made it a perfect base for exploring the area. Secondly, the staff went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. From arranging a late-night meet and greet to keeping my luggage safe during a side trip, their attention to detail was exceptional. Lastly, the rooms were well-equipped and spacious, offering different bed options to suit individual preferences. It was a great value for money.
No major issues, everything was satisfactory.

The apartments are located in a wonderful spot, very central with easy access to restaurants and main attractions. the rooms are quite clean and the bathrooms are new, though quite cramped, just like in one of the reviews. the staff was friendly and willing to help, and the host offered her guests a nice cup of coffee, as mentioned in another review.
The apartment is poorly lit at night because of the lack of lights outside, that was mentioned in one of the reviews, making it hard to walk around it comfortably.

I had a really enjoyable stay at this hotel in Split. the location couldn't be better, with everything I wanted to see just a short walk away. Secondly, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. And finally, the room was clean and well-equipped, with all the utensils I could possibly need. I found this hotel to be great value for money, with attention to detail and a convenient location.
No improvements needed, everything was perfect!
